A warm, caffeine-free spice Chai blend. Great for Chai lovers who do not need the caffeine boost. Wanting to spice it it up, add extra chilli to taste.
Chilly days and cold nights
Ginger pieces, cinnamon pieces, cardamon (whole), cardamom seeds, cloves, star aniseed, whole chillies.
Use a tea
ball, tea filter or tea pot with a tea strainer.
Freshly drawn water
should be used and brought to the boil.
Use 4-5 heaped tsp/ltr and let the leaves infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Pour into your favourite tea cup and enjoy!
