All details provided by you on registration or at any time must be correct and complete. You must give us your full name, post address, phone number and email address. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time.


The products have been described in full detail, if there is an error, we can change this at any time. Colours may vary to what you see on screen.


The product prices may change at any time. All prices are inclusive of tax were needed. If there is an error with the pricing, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and send you an e-mail to inform you of the cancellation, and what the new price may be. The prices quoted on this website apply only to products sold via this website. Where the same products are available in our store different prices may apply.


Our payments are taken using PayPal on their secure site, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and JCB, powered by Worldpay. You may pay using your credit or debit card, or PayPal account. All payments are done at your own risk. Should your payment not be completed, we will cancel your order, and inform you of the cancellation.


Deliveries will be sent out within 7 days of your order, and will arrive with you up to 14 days after the date you ordered. Should you not receive your order, you should e-mail, telephone or write to Constable Tea Company to inform us of your delivery not being received. You have the right to cancel your order or return your items up to 7 working days following receipt of your goods. You will receive a full refund including the original postage, return postage is at the cost of the buyer. If you are not happy with your item and wish to return an item to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date, the item must be in a condition suitable for resell and in its original unopened packaging. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to offer a replacement item where appropriate, of similar or equal value.


We update our website when required, and it may be necessary to restrict your access to the site in order to undertake necessary maintenance work.


One or more E-Vouchers can be redeemed against a purchase. E-Vouchers are not partially redeemable and it is up to the bearer to use the full value as no change will be given. E-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. E-Vouchers are to be used within the validity period and will not be accepted once expired. E-Vouchers are to be redeemed on-line only.

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:
a) You’re legally capable of entering into binding contracts
b) You’re at least 18 years old.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use for any purpose any content you post on our website or otherwise communicated to us via any media.

How the contract is formed between you and us
On the purchase of one of our subscription packages until cancellation at the end of the term or transferring of the subscription to another individual agreed with Constable Tea Company during the term.

Our status
Constable Tea Company's obligations under this agreement are to issue the subscription to you under the agreement. We are responsible for you receiving the desired goods each month to an (at least) acceptable quality.

Pricing, Description & Product Information
Constable's Tea Club Subscriptions are available in four different price plans. Upon purchasing a subscription, payment must be made upfront for each price plan. Monthly payment is available and your credit card will be charged prior to order despatch.

If your payment is unsuccessful your subscription order will not be confirmed or fulfilled. If you renew your subscription and payment is unsuccessful you will receive an email to alert you to the failed payment and you will be asked to visit the ‘My Account’ area to check or amend your information and enter different card details.

Pricing Plans:
3 Months £33 subscription - one off payment

3 Months £11 initial payment £11 subscription per month for 2 months
6 Months £10.50 initial payment £11 subscription per month for 5 months
12 Months £10 initial payments £10 subscription per month for 11 months

The prices quoted on this Website apply only to products sold via this Website. All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT(where applicable) and delivery. The prices which you must pay for the service are set out on the Website at the time you place your order.

We will take great care to ensure that all descriptions and details and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct. Please be aware that the colours and appearance of our products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen and we cannot guarantee that your monitor screen will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All measurements and sizes are approximate, although we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.

Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email and order number following a purchase. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once payment has been taken, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Payment for all products must be made with a valid Credit or Debit card. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. The address at which the card is registered must be the same as your billing address. You can register a new payment card at any time, but the card associated with a given order cannot be changed once you have completed that order. To Cancel a subscription renewal, please refer to section 9.


Your subscribed Tea Club parcels are dispatched around the 12th of each month and will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days. Order by 4th of the month to receive your subscription in that same month.

Provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you. When an item has been delivered, risk of damage to, or loss of, the item passes to you.

You have the right to cancel or return your subscription order up to 14 working days following payment. This includes your right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. You will receive a full refund including the original postage and packaging for the order if the charge was levied with your original order and it is returned in full. You can also ask to cancel the subscription packages before the 5th of the month, when your subscription would usually renew.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us by email. We’ll then cancel your subscription. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

Our refunds policy
All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that Constable Tea Company is unable to credit your original method of payment, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service team to arrange an alternate method of refund.

Stores cannot authorise a refund or exchange online orders, however they can liaise with our Customer Service Department to arrange a refund or exchange on your behalf.

On faulty products, after the 7 day cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer an alternative product where appropriate to similar or equal value.

We hope you are happy with your Tea Club subscription, but if for any reason you wish to return an order please contact our Customer Services who will be happy to advise. Email:office@constabletea.co.uk

Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the original invoice is enclosed with the parcel. Should you fail to enclose the return form, Constable Tea Company may not be able to refund the items until they are able to identify the related order. Should you fail to return your goods to the return address provided, Constable Tea Company will not be held responsible for any delays to refunds or postage issues.

Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above, may be accepted at the sole discretion of Constable Tea Company and may be refunded as a credit to be spent online.

The cost of returning items is down to you and you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage certificate which are available free of charge from the Post Office. We will refund returns postage for an item which is faulty, damaged or sent to you in error. This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty or misdescribed goods.

Our right to vary these terms and conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.

Law and jurisdiction

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and you and the Company irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this appointment or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
